At Onyivé Luxe, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Below is all the information you need regarding our shipping policies.
Shipping Timeframes
- Domestic Shipping: Orders within the country typically take 5-7 business days to arrive with Standard Shipping. Expedited and Express Shipping options are also available for faster delivery.
- International Shipping: International orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $5.
- Expedited Shipping: $15 for faster delivery within 2-3 business days (domestic only).
- Express Shipping: $30 for next-day or two-day delivery within 1-2 business days (domestic only).
- International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the destination country and order weight at checkout.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed 1-2 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take longer.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Methods
- Standard Shipping: Delivered by local postal services.
- Expedited and Express Shipping: Handled by our trusted courier partners for faster delivery.
- International Orders: Shipped via international carriers and subject to customs processing in the destination country.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS so you can track the status of your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International orders: You may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees depending on your country’s regulations. These are not included in the shipping fee and will be due upon delivery.
- Onyivé Luxe is not responsible for customs delays or any customs duties and taxes incurred during the shipping process.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain products may have specific shipping restrictions based on weight, size, or destination. You will be notified if any of your selected items cannot be shipped.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Onyivé Luxe is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they leave our warehouse. We recommend opting for tracking and insurance for higher-value orders. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
